Hi all, I was on the freeway tonight when the truck started to sputter then "reduced engine power" was displayed. I had 3/4 tank of gas, gas cap was on tight, Temp was good, and oil good along with pressure. Of course the Check engine light is on. It continued running and would only go about 10mph at full throtle (needed to get off freeway). I shut it off three times and didnt work. Finally I left it off for about 30 seconds and restarted. Ran great. Anyone know what might have casued this?

It could be many things, you have to plug into the engine computer and get the error codes to know what went wrong...

The engine computer detected a condition that made it think it couldn't control the engine under normal conditions anymore. This is usually a major sensor failure.
