Howdy all.
I have an 05 Sierra Denali with QS. We had a wrecked 03 come in and wanted to see if it could be retrofitted. It can, sort of. It will steer after a dealer download, and overnight loose the memory of QS. Looks super cool. I will try to post some photos. Any help would be great.

Yeah, we converted it to quadrasteer!
