Hi guys.

I have a 2004 GMC Sierra Denali, with QS and 17 inch GM wheels. The stock tires (265 70R17's) look anemic, and I'd like something that would work better off road and fill up the wheel well a bit better. Would rather not change the wheels or (obviously) do anything that will muck up the quadrasteer. Have folks worked through this issue before? What works, and what doesn't? What's the largest tire I can safely put on the truck without getting into major modifications?

Thanks very much for whatever help/insight/wisdom you can share.

Welcome, David cheers

A lot of us have oversized tires. As long as you're not trying to run 44" swammpers, you should be okay.

I have 265s, a few have 285's. Next time around for tires... I'm gonna try some 305's drool
