I was just wondering if 305/70/16's will fit on my 2003 1500HD Crew 4x4. A local dealer in town has a 2003 1500hd crew without quadsteer with them on. They were a Firestone Destination M/T and they didn't look liked the fronts rubbed and truck did not appear to be lifted. I used to run them on my ford super duty with no problems on factory rims but have been told they rub on Chevy's. Thanks in advance.

You will have to crank your torsion bars, and will probably have to trim your front bumper. You will have much less rubbing if your wheel backspace is 5 to 5.5 inches. If your wheels have 4.5 inches of backspace, it will rub more.

Hey just to let everyone know I did get my 305's installed. I had already cranked the bars to level the truck the only other thing I had to do was cut about a half of an inch of plastic off under the front bumper so tires will clear when turning. They look awesome on there compared to my ugly pizza cuttin 245's. When the weather gets nicer and I get my ride shined up I will try to post some pics.
