I pushed the passenger side mirror in and felt a pop. Now the mirror is very loose and almost swings freely. I can actually lift it right off it's base. The only thing holding it on is the wiring to the inside. It looks like there is some kind of lock washer or something holding down a tensioner spring that popped off but I can't get the glass out. Anyone know how?

For my powered mirrors you use just have to use a screw driver behind the mirror to pop it out of the cup it sets in.

Sounds like you have manual mirrors so I can't be sure if the same procedure will work.

Have a good day.
