Hello,
I am thinking of getting a GN horse trailer ans its been recommended that I get air bags or helper springs to avoid sag. (Of course I am staying within the tow capacity of the vehicle.) Can I use helper springs w/quadrasteer. Will it damage the system? What is best? Anyone have experience with the Super Springs? Should I turn Q-steer off for pulling a GN?

You can add air bags. I have the Firestone ride-rites on my Yukon XL. They work awesome! It does take a few hours to install, so start early in the day. But they go on pretty easy.

I also put Firestone airbags on my '05 1500HD and they have been fine. I while ago I posted a fairly detailed description of several important things to modify or keep in mind for a QS installation. With this in mind, it was pretty easy and straight forward.

Thanks Rip, Appreciate the info. I decided to get a bigger truck to tow with, the QS will become a pampered toy, no more hard work towing a trailer :-).
