The service 4wheel steer light came on in my 2002 sierra denali, took it to my local dealer for service, but with the lack of quadrasteers in my area the trouble shooting skills wer poor and at the end of the day told me I need a control module. The one that sits underneath the pickup just by the spare tire, well with a price tag of 2900$ I didn't buy it right away, anybody know where a guy can get cheaper parts and if this has happened to anyone before.

Try to search the EBay. There are some QS axles posted there, they may have the control unit too.
Do you know what codes the dealer found? Is the cost for the unit or the unit and the labor? Replacement of the unit is an easy job, you can save the labor, if it included in the cost. =============== 2005 Yukon-XL 2500 Quadrasteer 4WD =============== |
