I have a 2003 Chevy 1500HD 4x4 with quadrasteer, the vehicle has 98,000 miles. I am looking at extended warranty for 24,000 or 36,000 miles. Wonder if the 6.0 V8 has an inherent problem with either the cooling or fuel systems? This is only covered in the 24,000 plan. I’ve had problems with a 1996 Chevy 1ton 4x4 that I previous owned and wonder if these problems are still present in the 6.0 engine.
