went to the dealer for service and the diagnosis was that the main module had an internal failure, so I bought the part, replaced it myself and went back for a computer reflash, well it turns out no that I now need a pposition sensor.

Got a little pissy with them and told them that I didn't mind paying for parts and work, but that I wasn't interested in paying for somebody's apprentiship program. The reply was that they can't continue with the diagnosi until they replace this sensor.
