Does anyone know how many grease points there are on our trucks, where they're located and how often do they need to be hit with grease?

Eleven (11) at the front, none at the rear that I know about.

Grease points 4-5
To access points 4 to 8, remove the engine protection shield, if you have one under the engine (plastic shield at the very front) Tighten the bolts of the shield to 15 lb-ft when installing it back.
