Have a 2004 GMC 2500 4X4 Crew cab Quadsteer.

Replaced passenger wheel bearing 6months ago.

Recently when making left turns at any speed and any degree turn squealing noise can be heard from front end. Not certain if this is the wheel bearing. Have been told it could be the ball joints. Have lubed everything with a nipple in the front end. When freshly lubed noise went away but then returned a few days later.

Worried about the safety concerns and possible diagnosis.
