I was thinking of supercharging and or long tubes right away. Any one seen better improvements with one or the other? I know cost is on the other end of the spectrum with this question but I am throwing it out there.

IMHO, I'd do the long tubes. You'll gain apprx. 20-25hp. Yes you'll gain more with the SC, but I'm from the school where I prefer to build up the drivetrain/braking towards that eventual SC and help compensate for the weight of our trucks.

Yes, I have used the Edelbrock shorty headers and was impressed. The LT's (long tubes) seem to give more power and have become very popular. 03 QS Arrival Blue, 6.0, Leather, Heated Seats, True Duals.SOLD and regretting it. Project car 67 Camaro. |
