Wester's Garage Fuel Injector Service

Factory injectors are notorious for being unbalanced, variances of 30% or more are not uncommon from high to low flow. You end up with cylinders fighting each other, one stronger than the other, unbalanced in combustion. This does nothing to promote max power and hurts economy. The engine doesn't run nearly as smooth as it should.

Aftermarket injector should be better, right ?? When tested, two sets of high-dollar replacements were found to be MARGINALLY better than factory specs... and they cost several hundred dollars MORE than a set of Wester's injectors...

Wester's now offers back-flush, ultrasonically-cleaned and match-flowed injectors for just $19/each, with $10/ea core. You will get a substantially smoother running engine, one that'll be easier on parts for better long-term reliability, and will get noticeable boosts in power and economy.

Each injector is ultra-sonically cleaned to remove every particle- they are left like new. Each is then attached to a flow bench, measured and tagged for flow. You will get a guaranteed flow-matched set of injectors at a FRACTION of the price of the Big-Name guys' INFERIOR product !!!

As with all Wester's services, the injectors are 100% guaranteed against defects or failure (not cleaning !!). Right now, we're doing predominantly the new GM injectors, but we also do older throttlebody injectors. For all other makes, contact me. We probably can do them, but may not have cores on the shelf. But, the number of injectors we DO do is always growing, so that may no longer apply !!!

The injector has the finest tolerances of any part of the engine. Wester's back flush ultra sonic cleaning system is the only way to return injectors back to there original condition. Poor fuel economy, pinging, performance loss and emission failure can all be caused by fouled injectors. Injector's will be tested for optimum performance from 600 - 10,000 rpm, both for volume and spray pattern, and put into matched sets with flow rate noted for each injector, complete with new seals and installation instructions.
